At wr999, we believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment — never stress, debt, or harm. Our responsible gaming programme is built around genuine care for every player across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and beyond. We provide the tools, resources, and support you need to stay in control at all times.
wr999 is Pakistan's premier online gaming destination, and with that comes a responsibility we take very seriously. We know that the vast majority of our players — from Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad to Faisalabad — enjoy wr999's slots, cricket betting, live casino, Wheel, and Joker Poker as a form of entertainment, and that is exactly how it should be. But we also know that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem. That is why wr999's responsible gaming programme is not an afterthought — it is baked into the very foundation of how this platform operates.
Every feature on wr999 has been designed with player wellbeing in mind. From the moment you register, you have access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools that put you firmly in control of your play. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR, configure session time reminders, take a cooling-off break, or activate a full self-exclusion that locks your account for a defined period. These tools are available around the clock and can be activated instantly — no waiting periods, no bureaucracy, no judgment.
wr999 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to open an account or participate in any wr999 gaming activity. We conduct thorough age and identity verification checks in line with our KYC obligations, and any account found to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and all funds are returned. We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms in the household.
wr999 operates under an international gaming licence and adheres to the responsible gaming standards set by our licensing authority. These standards mandate that we maintain robust player protection tools, conduct regular staff training on problem gambling identification, and provide clear signposting to independent support organisations. We are proud to meet and exceed these standards — not because we are required to, but because it is simply the right thing to do for our players across Pakistan.
Gambling is entertainment. It should never be used as a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape personal difficulties. If gaming stops being fun, wr999's responsible gaming tools are here to help you reset. Our 24/7 support team is always available via live chat — average response time under 3 minutes.
wr999 equips every player with a full toolkit to manage their gaming activity. These features are free, instant, and always accessible from your account settings.
All limits are applied in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and take effect as described below. Limits can be set, amended, or removed directly in your wr999 account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team.

Answering "yes" to two or more of the following questions may indicate that your gambling has moved beyond entertainment. We encourage you to reach out to our support team or take a break immediately.
Please contact the wr999 responsible gaming team immediately via 24/7 live chat. Our trained support staff can activate cooling-off breaks or self-exclusion on your behalf, and can provide guidance on next steps. You are not alone — and we are here to help.
Activating self-exclusion on wr999 is straightforward and takes less than 5 minutes. Follow these steps or contact our live chat team and we will handle the entire process for you.
Once self-exclusion is active, wr999 will not reinstate your account before the exclusion period ends under any circumstances — including requests from the account holder. This policy exists to protect you. If you self-exclude and then attempt to open a new wr999 account during the exclusion period, that account will also be closed and any deposits will be returned.
wr999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. We require all players to be a minimum of 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This age requirement applies to all players across Pakistan — whether you are accessing wr999 from Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, or anywhere else in the country.
During the account registration process, all players must submit valid government-issued identification — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — to verify their identity and confirm they meet the 21+ age requirement. Accounts are not fully activated until this verification is complete. wr999 may also request additional verification documents at any time as part of our ongoing KYC obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian in Pakistan and you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing wr999, we strongly recommend installing parental control software on shared devices. You should also ensure that your wr999 login credentials are not accessible to minors. If you suspect that a minor has accessed wr999, please contact our support team immediately via live chat so we can take appropriate action.
Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in the account will be returned via the original deposit method. wr999 reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and our licensing obligations.
Whether you are a new player or a long-time wr999 member, these practical tips will help you keep your gaming experience healthy, balanced, and enjoyable.
All the tools you need to stay in control are built right into your wr999 account. Cricket betting, live casino, slots, Wheel, and Joker Poker — all with instant PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Must be 21 or older to participate.
